WHO IS DANIELA

The Story Behind IN(TeL)²

"IN(TeL)² stands for It's Never Too Late To Live — and resembles the word 'intel,' which means useful information concerning subjects of interest."
— DANIELA

For a long time, my motto was “It’s never too late to learn” — something my guitar teacher told me at 16 when I confessed I thought it was too late to learn how to read music and play the piano. He didn’t just say the words; he bought me a music theory workbook, which I finished, and I went on to learn piano. After that, something shifted.

What else had I always wanted to do?

That question eventually became my apocalyst — a list of everything I want to accomplish while there’s still time.

Along the way, my motto evolved into “It’s never too late to live.” To me, living is: awareness and action — knowing yourself, discovering what makes you feel alive, and actually doing those things. Because as long as we’re still alive, it’s never too late.

IntelSquared is where I document all of it, and where I hope to help you do the same.

Dreams in Action

LIVE
🇮🇹 Fluent in Italian

STATUS: Solid A2, working toward B1

SPECIFY: To speak and converse confidently with Italian speakers. To hear and understand what they’re saying. To read, write, and pronounce words accurately. To fully express anything I want or need to say.

WHY: To talk with all of my family in Italy. To connect on a deeper level to my Italian culture and finally feel like I’m truly a part of it. To stop being unable to communicate with family members I want to know. To experience what it feels like to be truly bilingual.

TIMELINE: Targeting fluency in 2 years

THE PLAN:

  • Daily study, passive listening, Anki for vocabulary retention and journaling in Italian
  • Two live lessons weekly with cousin Alessia
🏛️ Italian citizenship

STATUS: Acquired some Italian documents: grandfather’s birth and death certificates, father’s birth and history record certificates. Started an account on Prenotami for scheduling a consulate appointment.

SPECIFY: To acquire Italian Citizenship through jure sanguinis (citizenship by descent) to be an Italian citizen. Keep my American citizenship and have dual citizenship with Italy.

WHY: To be OFFICIALLY Italian. (Not just “sort of” Italian). To be able to live in Italy, work there, and buy property. To make travel between the USA and Italy a lot easier. To have the option of living in other EU countries and traveling to EU countries easier.

TIMELINE: About 2 years

THE PLAN:

  • Acquire grandfather’s marriage certificate and history record
  • Make an audit of last name spelling across all documents and what I might need to do for the name discrepancy: Di Benedetto versus DiBenedetto
  • Get certified copies of my American documents
  • Get American documents apostilled and officially translated into Italian
🎬 Successful blogger/vlogger

STATUS: 3 reels live on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts. Website built and revamped. Filming post 4 and daily stories.

SPECIFY: Create a vibrant community around personal growth by consistently sharing content that helps people identify and work toward their own apocalysts.

WHY: I believe life is best lived seeking continued awareness of ourselves and taking action on the things that excite us and make us feel alive. I’ve been told many times that I can’t do something in my life; that I’m “too old,” it’s “too late,” or I’m “not good enough”, and I know I’m not the only one who’s heard that. I want to help disprove it by documenting my own journey and inspiring others to embark on their own. Documenting this journey also holds me accountable to my own dreams and goals.

TIMELINE: Ongoing

THE PLAN:

  • Post consistently and ramp from 2x to 3x reels per week
  • Build out Dreams in Action section of website
  • Engage with anyone who reaches out
🚐 Take a year-long trip hiking/camping across all 48 US continental states

STATUS: Paused in PA to be with family for a bit

SPECIFY: Live mobile in an Airstream and take a year-long trip hiking/camping across all 48 US continental states. ~ That was the original goal when I first wrote it down, but once I actually started living it, I realized a year was never going to be enough time to do it right. Not if I wanted to really experience each place instead of just passing through it. So the timeline changed. The dream didn’t.

This is honestly one of the best examples of what IntelSquared is all about: sometimes what you end up doing isn’t EXACTLY what you wrote down, and that’s ok. It’s not about hitting the original dream with perfect precision. It’s about taking real action on something that brings you joy and fulfillment. The feeling you were chasing is still the point, even if the shape of it changes along the way.

WHY: To I love traveling and adventure. I love being outside: hiking, being in nature, seeing new places, meeting new people. I’ve lived in the US my whole life and haven’t seen nearly enough of it. It’s such a vast country with so much to see, and I want to see more of it.

TIMELINE: No end date yet. This one is ongoing by design now.

THE PLAN:

  • Continue living full-time in my Airstream
  • Head west in the coming weeks
  • Build my stops around other apocalyst items
